Open positions as for 3/10/16:
Data Entry As a Data Entry Representative, your daily tasks will consist of reading source documents such as doctor/patient reports & insurance cards. Entering data in specific data fields on computer. Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors. Store & file completed documents in appropriate locations.
Customer Service Representative As a CSR, you are responsible for answering phone lines, as well as making out bound calls with customer questions, concerns, and inquiries. Processing payments for customers.
Accounts Receivable-Follow Up Medical billers will navigate and be familiar with various insurance rules and regulations to reduce A/R days, will understand and be familiar with the various types of insurance carriers along with their claim requirements. Use successful follow-up efforts and best practices for reducing A/R including the appeals process for denied claims.
Medical Billing Coders Medical coding specialists are responsible for correctly coding healthcare claims in order to obtain reimbursement. They utilize specialized medical classification software to assign procedure and diagnosis codes for insurance billing. Coders also review claims data to ensure that assigned codes meet required legal and insurance rules. Must have or be in the process of obtaining a CPC, or 2+ years of experience coding.
We are looking for candidates that have experience in the medical billing field, have worked in a doctor’s office, have completed a medical billing certification course, or have experience working heavily with insurances. We are also looking for bright and eager individuals that are willing to work hard!
